Custom & Personalized Products

Custom or personalized products are made specifically according to the customer’s specifications. For this reason, these items are non-refundable unless:

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom products, refunds or replacements may be accepted if the item is:

  • In its original condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
