Cowboys vs Giants score today: Live updates as Dallas leads in early 2nd half

The Dallas Cowboys arrived in East Rutherford, New Jersey, eager to find their offensive rhythm and see their defense rise to the occasion. While both units faced challenges at times, they managed to take a 14-9 lead at halftime on Thursday. Dak Prescott completed 14 of 16 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. CeeDee Lamb was a key target, finishing the first two quarters with six receptions, 94 yards, and one touchdown.

The New York Giants knew they had opportunities to exploit the Cowboys’ defense. Although they managed three scoring drives, they couldn’t find the end zone in the first two quarters, settling for three field goals. Despite controlling the clock for nearly 19 minutes, their inability to score touchdowns has left them trailing by five points after 30 minutes of play.
