Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, choose your product, select size and customization options (if applicable), then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@newacti.com.
Customization
Do you offer custom name and number?
Yes. Most of our products allow custom names and numbers. Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order, as customized items cannot be changed once production begins.
Are custom orders refundable?
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our production facilities overseas. We are continuously working to improve shipping speed and logistics.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, there may be certain locations we cannot ship to. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time usually takes 1–3 business days for standard orders and 3–5 business days for custom orders. Shipping typically takes 12–20 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely via PayPal, including:
